She tuned in so perfectly to what we were looking for, showed us lots of homes - in a crazy, accelerated market with little stock to be had - that were great matches for us. She guided us knowledgeably through the bidding process and made it all so easy, being aggressive on our behalf, but working well with the other parties involved; it was wonderful how pleasant the whole experience was. (Such a relief.) When our bid was accepted on the house that was the - best - match for us, she was with us all the way, doing much more than was required, just to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable.
